All orders placed on pistoladenim.com are shipped via FedEx 2-Day, with delivery typically occurring within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, including but not limited to weather-related issues.

Please allow 1 – 5 business days for your order to process before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping address can not be changed once the order has shipped.

To ensure customer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. This may occasionally result in a slight delay in processing - thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days from the shipment date.

 

International Shipping (Canada & UK)

  • UPS International & DHL International: Cost calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days from the shipment date.

International Shipping

At this time, Pistola Denim only ships to USA, Canada, and the UK. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping costs are based on current market rates when order is placed. Customer refusing packages at customs are refunded minus the customs fee Pistola Denim incurs to receive the package back.

 

Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure smooth deliveries, occasionally issues can occur during transit. If you suspect your package is lost, please email us at customerservice@pistoladenim.com.  We will work with you to ensure that you receive your package. If you have opted in for the Route Package Protection, please contact Route with your inquiry for further assistance.
