Returns & Exchanges

 We want you to find the perfect fit - if you didn’t find it:

(For customers returning within the United States and Canada)
1. Put anything you don’t love back into the packaging.
2. To process your return faster, email us at
     - Let us know which items you with to return along with the reason for returning
     - If you want to try another fit let us know the new style, size, and / or color and we will put it on hold for you
3. Include your RA form and your invoice receipt with your return.
4. Note your tracking number – to track your return while it’s in route.
5. Once your package is received we will follow up with receipt conformation.



All returns should be new, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.

PISTOLA reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear and tear. Discoloration, tear, and / or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective.

We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds for items purchased on that are returned within 10 days of their post marked delivery date. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns received without a receipt will not be processed.

Items post marked outside the 10 day window will automatically receive a store credit.

*** Each return will be subject to a $4.95 USD restocking fee per item. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total

Returns can take up to 10 business days to process. You will receive an email conformation once your return has been processed.

(Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on final sale items) and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns must include: return authorization form and original invoice

Only merchandise purchased from will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
