Returns & Exchanges

COVID-19 NOTICE

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. To socially distance and stop the spread of COVID-19, we are asking our staff to work from home.

Our website will remain open and operational during this time. We will do our best to ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner but ask for your patience as there will be inevitable delays in production and shipping. 

If you have any questions, please reach out to us by submitting an inquiry on the contact us page and we will address your concerns to the best of out ability.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to find the perfect fit - if you didn’t find it:

  1. Put anything you don’t love back into the packaging.
  2. Include your invoice receipt with your return so our team can identify your package. 
  3. Ship your item back using your preferred shipping provider.
  4. Note your tracking number – to track your return while it’s in route.
  5. Once your package is received and your return is processed we will follow up with receipt confirmation.
  • To process an exchange we recommend repurchasing your new items online. Once your exchange has been purchased please reach out to us by submitting a request on the contact us page with your original and new order number. 

RETURN POLICY:

All returns should be new, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.

We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds for items purchased on pistoladenim.com that are postmarked for return within 10 days of their post marked delivery date. Items post marked outside the 10 day window will automatically receive a store credit. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns received without a receipt will not be processed.

PISTOLA reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear and tear.

  • Discoloration, tear, and / or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective
  • Items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and / or stains are not accepted
  • 'Please keep me attached’ is no longer attached to the item in its original form 

Unfortunately we can not issue a refund if your items have any of the previous issues. An invoice will be sent to the customer to pay for shipping the item back to them or their items will be forfeited. 

 

Returns take up to 15 business days to process from receipt of package at our facility. Please keep your return tracking information to ensure your package arrived at our facility. 

You will receive an email conformation once your return has been fully processed. Due to current environment regarding COVID19 please allow the full 15 business days for your return to process. Please note due to COVID19 we are not in the office everyday and the 15 business days will vary. We appreciate your patience.

Please note that all items already discounted (items prices with .99) are FINAL SALE and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on final sale items and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. Promotions can not be combined. If you placed an order during a sale and did not apply your discount we would be happy to apply it after your order has been placed. 

Only merchandise purchased from pistoladenim.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased. 

Lost packages are non-refundable and you will receive a replacement or store credit after 7 days. A lost package claim is required. If you would like your order shipped with signature please reach out to us by submitting an inquiry on the contact us page with your order number.

Promotions can not be combined. 

All return / exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
