Returns & Exchanges

COVID-19 NOTICE

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. To socially distance and stop the spread of COVID-19, we are asking our staff to work from home.

Our website will remain open and operational during this time. We will do our best to ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner but ask for your patience as there will be inevitable delays in production and shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to find the perfect fit - if you didn’t find it:

(For customers returning within the United States and Canada)
1. Put anything you don’t love back into the packaging.
2. To process your return faster, email us at customerservice@pistoladenim.com
     - Let us know which items you with to return along with the reason for returning
     - If you want to try another fit let us know the new style, size, and / or color and we will put it on hold for you
3. Include your RA form and your invoice receipt with your return.
4. Note your tracking number – to track your return while it’s in route.
5. Once your package is received we will follow up with receipt conformation.

 

RETURN POLICY:

All returns should be new, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.

PISTOLA reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear and tear. Discoloration, tear, and / or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective.

We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds for items purchased on pistoladenim.com that are returned within 10 days of their post marked delivery date. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns received without a receipt will not be processed.

Items post marked outside the 10 day window will automatically receive a store credit. 

*** Each return will be subject to a $4.95 USD restocking fee per item. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total

*** Returns made without the gift with purchase will be charged the product cost of the item. This amount will be deducted from the refund

Returns can take up to 15 business days to process from receipt of package at our facility. You will receive an email conformation once your return has been processed. Due to current environment regarding COVID19 please allow 15 business days for your return to process. Please note due to COVID19 we are not in the office everyday and the 15 business days will vary. We appreciate your patience.

(Please note that all items already discounted are FINAL SALE and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on final sale items) and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. Promotions can not be combined. 

Items returned without the 'Please keep me attached' label are not accepted. An invoice will be sent to the customer to pay for shipping the item back to them or their items will be forfeited. 

All returns must include: return authorization form and original invoice

Only merchandise purchased from pistoladenim.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased. 

Lost packages are non-refundable and you will receive a replacement or store credit after 7 days. If you would like your order shipped with signature please email customerservice@pistoladenim.com your order number.

Promotions can not be combined. 

All return / exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
