RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please note that all *FINAL SALE* items can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
All returns should be new, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
We offer one exchange per item within 15 days of their post marked delivery date. Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for additional exchanges. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for any exchange.
We offer store credit, or refunds for items purchased on pistoladenim.com that are postmarked for return within 15 days of their post marked delivery date. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns received without a receipt will not be processed.
PISTOLA reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear and tear.
- Discoloration, tear, and / or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective
- Items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and / or stains are not accepted.
Returns take up to 10 business days to process from receipt of package at our facility. Please keep your return tracking information to ensure your package arrived at our facility.
You will receive an email conformation once your return has been fully processed.

Only merchandise purchased from pistoladenim.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
Lost packages are non-refundable and you will receive a replacement or store credit after 7 days. An approved lost package claim is required. If you would like your order shipped with signature please reach out to us by submitting an inquiry on the contact us page with your order number.
All returned shipping costs of USD $10.00 are the responsibility of the customer. We offer free shipping on exchanges and returns for store credit.
Please keep note of your tracking number - Pistola does not assume responsibility for lost returns and therefore recommends that you use a shipping service that offers trusted tracking.
